The short version: this is a free price guide, the figures come from vendors' own pages, and you should check with the vendor before you buy.
Who runs this site
Chatbot Prices is run by Kris Millar, a sole trader in the UK. You can reach us at [email protected].
What the site is
A free, general guide to the published prices of business chatbots and AI agents. Prices are copied from each vendor's own public pages and dated, and the monthly estimates are our arithmetic on list prices. They aren't quotes, and vendors change prices without telling us. Nothing here is advice, and we don't recommend any tool.
Accuracy
We work to keep every figure right and dated, we mark anything we couldn't confirm as Unverified and any third-party figure as such, and we fix mistakes when we're told about them. We can't promise the site is free of errors or up to date at the moment you read it, so please confirm prices and terms on the vendor's site before you buy.
Links to other sites
Links to vendors and other sites are there for your convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content.
Using our content
The price data on the price report, including the CSV, is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 if you credit Chatbot Prices with a link. The rest of the site's text and design is ours; please ask before reusing it. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products.
Paid listings and affiliate links
We don't sell listings or use affiliate links yet. If we start, the disclosure page will say so first, every paid listing and affiliate link will be labelled, and any paid product will have its own terms before it goes on sale.
Liability
The site is free general information. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them or about this site goes to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed.
