Where the gap changes

At 200 AI conversations a month Intercom on one Essential seat comes to $227 ($29 + 200 x $0.99) if every conversation counts as an outcome. Tidio's price for 200 Lyro conversations sits behind its calculator and we haven't recorded it, so we can't give a like-for-like figure yet. Intercom's outcome rule helps it here: conversations Fin doesn't resolve aren't charged, whereas a Lyro conversation counts once Lyro replies.
