For 50 AI conversations a month we use Free helpdesk plan plus Lyro at 50 AI conversations a month: $0 + $32.50 Lyro = $32.50. Tidio's page doesn't make clear whether $32.50 is the annual or monthly rate. Human replies over 50 a month need a paid plan.
