How you are billed
Seats plus HubSpot Credits. Professional includes 10,000 credits a month. The Customer agent uses 50 credits per resolution (50 credits a minute on voice), and extra credits are $10 per 1,000.
For 50 AI conversations a month we use Professional, 1 seat, billed annually: $90 seat. 50 resolutions x 50 credits = 2,500 credits, inside the 10,000 included = $90. HubSpot's page shows the $90 price for annual billing; we didn't capture a monthly-billing price.
